How long have you been teaching at St. Ambrose?: This is my second year.
Education: I have a Bachelor's degree from Canisius College
Why are you at St. Ambrose?: I am at St. Ambrose because I like being in a school setting where I can make a difference in a child's life. It is an incredible feeling when a parent of a child in your class tells you that their son or daughter looks forward to coming to school because of you. I know that, working here, I am making a difference.
Fun outside of school?: Traveling has become a goal for me to accomplish within the next few years. Researching places to go, whether it's in Europe or visiting friends in Rochester or Buffalo, exploring is important to me, along with the other basics of shopping, hanging out with my family and friends, and creating photo books of past events.
Last book read/favorite book?: Stronger by Bret Witter and Jeff Bauman
Favorite St. Ambrose Memory: Playing in the Faculty vs. Students Basketball game during Catholic schools week last February. Your kids are excited to watch one of their teachers in all the action and it's a great bonding experience with the staff you play with.
